　　日前，达飞轮船发布通知称由于冈比亚班珠尔（Banjul）港口拥堵情况严重，将征收去往该港口的港口拥堵附加费。

　　征收标准:USD200/20'、USD300/40'
　　
　　Effective October 22nd, 2017 (B/L date) until further notice
　　
　　From Asia to Banjul: USD 200 per 20′ and USD 300 per 40′
　　
　　All cargo including dry, reefer, OOG and breakbulk
　　
　　Prepaid surcharge, in addition to ocean freight

　　Effective October 15th, 2017 (B/L date) until further notice：
　　
　　From UK to Banjul: GBP 150 per 20′ and GBP 220 per 40′
　　
　　From Europe & Mediterranean (including East Med, Black Sea and North Africa | excluding Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon and Russia Baltic) to Banjul: EUR 170 per 20′ and EUR 250 per 40′
