海运提单内容及主要条款(一)

　　一、提单正面内容

　　目前，各船公司所制定的提单虽然格式不完全相同，但其内容大同小异。现介绍如下：

　　1．必要记载事项

　　
　　根据我国《海商法》第七十三条规定，提单正面内容，一般包括下列各项：

　　（1）货物的品名、标志、包数或者件数、重量或体积，以及运输危险货物时对危险性质的说明：（Description　of　the　goods，　mark，　number　of　packages　or　piece，　weight　or　quantity，and　a　statement，　if　applicable，　as　to　the　dangerous　nature　of　the　goods）；

　　（2）承运人的名称和主营业所（Name　and　principal　place　of　business　of　the　carrier）；

　　（3）船舶的名称（Name　of　the　ship）；

　　（4）托运人的名称（Name　of　the　shipper）；

　　（5）收货人的名称（Name　of　the　consignee）；

　　（6）装货港和在装货港接收货物的日期（Port　of　loading　and　the　date　on　Which　the　good　were　taken 　over　by　the　carrier　at　the　port　of　loading）；

　　（7）卸货港（Port　of　discharge）；

　　（8）多式联运提单增列接收货物地点和交付货物地点（Place　where　the　goods　were　taken　over　and　the　place　where　the　goods　are　to　be　delivered　in　case　of　a　multimodal　transport　bill　of　lading）；

　　（9）提单的签发日期、地点和份数（Date　and　place　of　issue　of　the　bill　of　loading　and　the　number　of　originals　issued）；

　　（10）运费的支付（Payment　of　freight）；
